"Very cute, comfy, cozy boutique hotel located near restaurants, shopping, Hofburg museums, and beautiful gardens. Highly recommend Offerl bakery just next door for snacks too. Staff is thoughtful and attentive. Elevator is small and slow but adds nicely to the charm of the hotel. Definitely book your spa/sauna session in advance as it gets quite full"

"Rooms were spotless and well thought out, the staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast included was varied and plentiful. Room top bar was great although disappointingly was closed for 1 night for a private event which we weren’t made aware of returning early to the hotel to utilise it"

"The location was amazing. It is right off of the main city centre strip and maybe a 30 second walk from the St Stephen's cathedral. The lobby itself is worth a visit. Clean, spotless, sleek. It has a lovely atmosphere as soon as you come inside. The staff at the front desk were helpful, and polite, and spoke fantastic english. "Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale dell'albergo è italiano, spagnolo e austriaco. Sono tutti molti gentili ed stato piacevole parlare in varie lingue. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e la colazione è buona. All'ingresso dell'hotel sono sempre disponibili dell'acqua aromatizzata alla frutta e dei dolci. La posizione è strategica e di fronte all'hotel passa il pullman per raggiungere i vari punti della città o le fermate della metro. Ci ritornei volentieri."

"Il nostro monolocale soppalcato era magnifico! Unica pecca avrei preferito trovare un piccolo piano ad induzione per poter anche sfruttare la cucina messa a disposizione. D’altra parte, il prezzo un po’ più ridotto della struttura rispetto ai prezzi degli alloggi al centro della città sono una nota super positiva.
