"The room was clean, however the first weekend we stayed before going to Santorini we didn’t have air conditioning which sucked. But when we came back the air conditioning was working and the second stay was much more enjoyable. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. There are a group of young people at the front desk that in my opinion deserve recognition for their professionalism and courteous attitudes, these young men and women made our stay at Mitsis's a memorable experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of a fresh drink. During our 2 day stay Maria,Fenia, Aris and kirillos, treated my family and i as if we were part of their family. While trying to brush my teeth one night, i accidentally plugged my electric dental cleaner in without the voltage transformer and cause the power to go out in our room. Aris quickly relocated us to another room an reassure me that everything was going to be ok. When i return to Piraeus, i will most definitely stay at Mitsis."
