"The hotel itself was excellent and the rooms were quiet. There was construction outside the hotel which blocked driving in and out of the area, and unfortunately guests were not notified ahead of time. The taxis could not drive up to the front entrance and instead guests had to transport luggage through the park and with heavy or multiple luggage it was very difficult. I would have offered guests better service to manage the luggage and placed signs outside to notify guests where to ask taxis to...

"Ich habe mit meiner jugendlichen Enkeltochter die Autostadt und das Erlebniscenter phaeno besucht. Die Lage des Hotels war optimal. Das nahe Outletcenter verführerisch. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Freundlich, sympathisch, kompetent. Das Frühstücksbuffet war prima. Der Service ebenso. Einzig der automatisierte Getränke- und Snackverkauf eines Fremdanbieters war unverhältnismäßig teuer."
