"This house is brimming with style and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home in this luxurious and historical home. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing both mornings. They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious...

"excellent ocean view from 8th floor. room was more like a suite. lotsa room. Clean and everything you need. Only minus we found is a $23 per day fee to park your car. Kinda seems like most people are gonna arrive in a car. 1st time we ever encountered a parking fee at a motel in many years of travel. Guess it’s a case of “Buyer Beware” overall good stay. "

"This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. "

"Clean room and the location was walkable to all nearby shops, restaurants and the beach. Checkin was super fast which was great. One small critique, we thought the front desk person should have been dressed a little more professional- at least something that reflected he was an employee. He had a plain black T-shirt on."

"Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs."
