This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are so quiet (mine was near street level and it was so quiet and the curtains were so dark I thought it was like 3am when it was 8am) the staff is lovely and helpful. The spa is beautiful and the restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have *ever eaten in (and I have eaten in some great restaurants) the location could not be more convenient.

Alpina klosters. Poor value for 5* tired hotel

5 nights. Alpina hotel Klosters. Allocated a poor tired room. 209. The balcony door was broken and insecure, even after maintenance visit. The heated towel rail in bathroom didnt work and remained so even after a maintenance visit. The television was the most complicated to operate to watch even the simplist of channels. 2 staff were required to finally explain how it operated. No hooks on back of doors anywhere to hang towels or supplied dressing gowns. Too few hangers. Bed comfortable, staff very pleasant and breakfast good. Highly over priced for the advertised 5* No apologies for our continued issues.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, dazu gab es ein tolles Upgrade. Beim Frühstück eher kleinere Auswahl. Der Spa-Bereich hat noch Potenzial – insbesondere bei Licht, Musik und kleinen Extras wie Getränken oder Snacks.

Wenn man nicht genau hin schaut, sieht alles tip top aus (gemütlich u. viel Scharm), jedoch beim genaueren hinsehen, gibts Staub auf Möbelstücken, Löcher in Sitz-Polster und auch das Essen hat uns nicht begeistert. Auch bekommt man für Fr. 6,50 einmal eine Cola mit Eis, Zitrone, Chipps u. Salzigem, zum Abendessen die gleiche Flasche Cola zum gleichen Preis, aber diesmal ohne Eis und ohne einem Zitronenstück und auch nicht eingeschenkt! Die Preise sind für ein Abendessen so teuer, wie wenn man in einem Gourmet-Restaurant essen würde, die Qualität ist dann jedoch wie in eimem Gasthof an irgendeiner Landstrasse. Schade, das schöne Haus von aussen mit sehr gemütlichen und schönen Holz-Innenräumen, gäbe so viel mehr her. Dafür müsste man jedoch in Details investieren und auch mal Staub an Möbel entfernen. Über das Personal kann man nichts schlechtes sagen, denn sie waren immer sehr freundlich, aber am Ende fehlt das gewisse Etwas, um als Gast ein sehr gutes Gefühl zu haben.

Unmittelbar vis à vis vom Bahnhof liegen die 3 Gebäude des ALPINA Seven Boutique Hotels. Im Alpenchic gestaltet mit romantisch/modernem Zimmer ohne Minibar, jedoch Nespressomaschine mit Fremdkapseln. Das Mineralwasser ist Leitungswasser.

Ich war enttäuscht. Das ganze Lärm vom Bahnhof war vor mir. Ich wollte ein Balkon mit Blick zu den Bergen. Geputzt wurde nur an ersten Tag danach nicht mehr Zwei Male habe ich für Massage gefragt und Termin vereinbaren möchten, hat es nicht geklappt. Den Pool war die Tiefe nicht angeschrieben. überall wo ich war aber die tiefe am Pool war immer angeschrieben.
