"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
The rooms have no functioning bathroom vent fans at all. After a rushed shower, the room quickly filled with thick, musty steam, which saturated the rest of the suite.
On top of that, the wall units had horrifically dirty filters, which had clearly never been cleaned. The air felt stale & unclean to the point that it was genuinely difficult to breathe.
The front desk interaction was completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly resolving things when inquiring about bathroom ventilation, it escalated to the point of threats towards me.
At one point I filmed the manager yelling at the staff member over the phone to “shut up!”, “be quiet!” & “stop talking now, you’re escalating it!” while the situation was unfolding, which says a lot about how things were being handled internally. I was then given a fan by the manager as a “solution.”
Additionally, there were issues at check-in with deposit requirements that were not clearly disclosed during booking. That delayed me getting into my room until very late & added a lot of unnecessary stress.
What makes this worse is that after everything, including documentation & follow-up, management has refused to take any accountability & is relying only on their own internal reports.
This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. It was a combination of poor room conditions, unclean air & completely mishandled customer service."
