"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. "I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Traube during the Christmas. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the restaurant was very nice as well and the breakfast was good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The bus stop is right outside of the hotel and comes very often during the day, it was about a 15 minute bus right to St Anton. However, the late night buses do not run often and cost 5 euros each way. Overall, it was fantastic and I would stay with Hotel Traube again."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
