"Excellent air conditioning system. Loud and kept it really cool, helps you sleep. Elevator takes forever and stops at every floor. Service was average, we asked for an extra comforter for the sofa bed twice, and never got one even though they said they’d be right there both times. Also, lots of crackheads outside, be careful."

"Unfortunately this stay was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid during graduation weekend. The area did not feel safe, and the overall atmosphere around the hotel made us uncomfortable. There appeared to be long-term or low-income housing units in the building, with a lot of people and dogs coming and going, unusual smells throughout, and very limited amenities. Although the parking lot was close to the hotel, there were vehicles that appeared to be occupied overnight, which made us uneasy about leaving our truck there. We ended up leaving early the next morning after being awakened by police and ambulance activity when a truck crashed into the Burger King across the street. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, especially considering the high cost of the room."

"Room was what you can expected, old but clean and comfortable. From the beginning, procedures weren't clear, we had a misunderstanding with breakfast and also with payment. Depending on who you speak, they will tell you different things. I was charged twice for my stay and still waiting for my refund, after 7 days of check out. "
