Overall had a really good time although most of the steam rooms and ice rooms weren't operating. There was also building work going on until around 1700 but then stopped. Very comfortable clean accommodation. Check very easy, with clear instructions to locate areas in the hotel. Breakfast was buffet style, with plenty of choice for all tastes. Bright, welcoming staff on arrival in restaurant. Well done
