"A thoroughly lovely experience from start to finish. The property is a large Victorian house with lovely period features. All rooms are spacious and the kitchen is huge with every amenity needed. All bedrooms are en-suite large bedrooms.The host was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. New Brighton is a lovely family orientated seaside town. Had such an absolutely amazing break "

"Lightfoot house is a lovely compact 1 bedroom property. Very well decorated and very clean. Thank you for supplying all of the essentials needed for our trip. The location was very good, a 20 minute stroll along the canal gets you into the city centre. The suburb of Hoole is a short walk away also, with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Parking is a great bonus with the car park behind the property. All in all, a very enjoyable short stay. We would definitely use again when we return to...

"A good place to stay for a great price, it's right on a main road so it is noisy but that's nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't solve. it was warm, comfortable and clean. will definitely stay here again."
