"Everything from checking.Chris and Monique,A made us feel like friends ..their professional lism was fantastic, above and beyond, very kind, friendly, helpful, morning wàs too much trouble. Breakfast was outstanding!!!!! Great choice for everyone...even the cookies on the desk by the were incredible. The only downside I would of said, was having a room on the main at side. Traffic at time was very loud. But the room gave incredible views of the church and Tennessee River, and was a 5 min walk to the convention center ."

"The staff was absolutely fantastic! They were very helpful and polite, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Eric was a superb valet and I didn’t have to lift a finger to load or unload my car which was great since I was traveling with my daughter and didn’t have my husband with me to help. The room was spacious and clean. We didn’t go to the restaurant so I can’t give an opinion there. I will say the bathroom shower needed some extra scrubbing. I noticed mildew buildup in the corners and on the grout, but I didn’t want to change rooms especially since we asked for an early check-in so that wasn’t worth mentioning to the front desk. I didn’t notice it until the evening after we settled in. I would definitely stay here again, and I was spoiled staying at such a nice hotel!"
