"Magical stay at a historic property. LOVED reading books on the verandah, evening wine by the fire pit, meeting people from all over the world, and the excellent breakfast. The staff was kind and very welcoming. Wish we'd stayed longer!"
"The inn looks as though it was renovated recently and was wonderfully clean, comfortable and homey. We stayed in a king suite which was spacious. The bed was comfortable and it had king size pillows not the “biscuit” pillows like other hotels. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was very quick. We had a great breakfast and the area was kept very clean with the staff constantly filling the food stations and wiping down the areas. The pool area was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and the large pool. We liked the location because it was close enough to everything but not right in the middle of town. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back."
"Excellent location and clean building and room. Looked to be recently updated/renovated. Only con was that there was no coffeemaker in the room (but there is a keurig in the lobby). Would stay here again if ever in the area."
"Highly recommend this property. Beautiful views, well appointed rooms. Views were stunning and the binoculars in the room were a nice touch to see wildlife and boats on the water! Pool is heated."
