"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, well-organized, and featured a sleek, modern design. The absolute highlight was the views—simply amazing from everywhere we went, including the room, restaurant, bar, and pool. The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. A special shoutout to Pingsara, who provided truly outstanding service, alongside the rest of the friendly and attentive staff. The location is ideal: perched on the hill so it’s easy for cars...

"Fantastic property and fantastic experience. We have nothing but high praise. Loved the family unit with the tent on top and separate room downstairs for the kids. Here’s a word of warning though regarding getting there….its not an easy ride up from the village on a very narrow very poorly maintained road. Not for the faint hearted. It also takes a good 30 minutes especially if you need to use the tuk tuks to get up."

"I initially had some issues with this facility, with the room and bathroom cleanliness. However, management rectified it and the remainder of my stay went smoothly. Property is somewhat dated. The replacement room was orderly. Good location, staff were attentive and polite. As far as a hotel rating goes, it is about a 2-2.5 star facility. The breakfast buffet is planned based on guest nationality, when I tried it, it was mainly an Indian breakfast, but I found items I liked to eat! Lack of an...

"I always stay here when I visit Kandy. Three years in a row. Comfortable, polite professional staff. Clean rooms and washrooms."

"Great Hotel"

"Great staff , very attentive , great food, clean and tidy rooms … Pool, mountain views and ambience are Amazing !!!!"

"Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable. One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom. Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage"

"Clean room,staff very helpful,great breakfast,views to die for x"

"Wow what an experience it was to stay here! It is so off the beaten track that you need collecting by the hotel staff in a very heavy duty jeep because a normal car stands no chance of getting there. It is the most peaceful place I have ever been with the most amazing views of the mountains. I will say it is so remote that you can’t just pop out for lunch etc so make sure you’re prepared with things to keep you entertained for your stay. The food was all incredible and the staff were some of...

"We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable."
