"Von Ankunft bis Abfahrt wurde von Hotel alles geplant. Late Check out ohne Probleme möglich. Auch die Zeitspanne zwischen checkout und Flughafentransfer konnte am Pool genossen werden. Showerroom wurde inkl. Handtüchern zur Verfuegung gestellt."

"This hotel was beautiful. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed the location, the he shuttle bus to the beach was timely and it is really a 10 minute ride to the beach. The beach has umbrellas and chairs for rent 200thb. Breakfast buffet was extensive, you will be able to find many food choices. We really appreciated the surprised “happy birthday pastry” for my husband. Great and dedicated staff. Thank you so much for your hospitality. "

"The pictures do not do this resort justice! Almost didn’t stay because the pics looked eh….but glad I did. Very chill quiet relaxer atmosphere. Staff was great and resort was super clean. Great location right on beach. Stayed in a junior suite and it was huge! Bathroom was massive and had a second smaller bathroom with shower. Got breakfast included every day and was very happy."

The hotel itself seems well maintained besides the smell from the bathroom. It was clean, but somehow there’s a smell like stagnant water. We just stayed for 3nights 2days and were usually out most of the time. There’s no small gift shop for any personal emergency purchase. "The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our favorite part was the location: being steps away from the walking street but having a nice pool area to come back to. The kids pool had slides and there was a very convenient spa. There was truly something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The breakfast buffet also had many options. We will definitely return!"

"The pictures shown on the website are not very accurate and presented a false impression. The room we booked needs major renovation as everything in the room is very old and dirty. The walls have many dirty marks on them. The bathtub is not working properly and the curtain kept falling down. Overall the room/hotel needs major overhaul if it wants to attract more guests."
