"I stayed for 3 nights. Large room, very clean, good Wi-Fi, nice shower, big balcony of the front of the soi, with a slight beach view , the bed was firm which I like. I would recommend and stay here again. I ate breakfast twice here, it was ok! It’s a 10 minute was to walking street with plenty of 7/11 shops and massage shops too, 2 minute walk to beach road. "The rooms are good. Unfortunately there is no longer a restaurant on the property. Reception has limited hours and is often hard to find when checking in and checking out. Property is locked with instructions to call a Thailand telephone number. Unless property establishes reception with regular hours I would not recommend staying here."

Honey does a good job in managing properties, cleaning crew are very hard working, and Ajay does a great job trouble shooting and maintaining individual properties...

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! advertised as luxury. No hot water in kitchen or bathroom sinks as per design. Hot water in shower not working. Dishes in cupboard were dirty. No covered parking allowed. TVs not as advertised. Non stop noise from tour buses next door from 3am to 1am. Etc. etc. Almost no water pressure. Complete waste of money."
