"Very disappointing experience. When we arrived to check in, we were told that the air conditioning system was out of service with no estimated time for repairs. We had to find another solution, and since then, we have been struggling to get our refund. Poor experience and poor follow-up. I hope management takes responsibility and resolves this issue promptly."

"Don’t be fooled by the name “Dancenter Luxury Underwater World Pattaya.” There’s nothing luxury about it, and it’s definitely not underwater. It’s just an extremely old hotel pretending to be something fancy. If this place claims to be 4 stars, it must mean 4 out of 100, not 4 out of 5. And one more thing — your GPS will probably take you to JA Plus Hotel, which turns out to be the actual name of this place. So yeah… the name is already the first red flag."
