"This was an amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful, the beds comfy and great pillows which I have found to be a rarity in Thailand. The breakfast buffet was the only slight letdown as it was usually cold but the rest of the food was delicious. Overnight there was a fun fire show and really good live music. 10/10 I highly reccomend"

The way from the room to the lobby was very far and we didn't call for a car to come after us. They kept telling us to go outside and it would come right away. We stood there in the heat for a quarter of an hour and a half, but the car didn't come. We went up three more floors to call to see if the car would come. It still didn't come, so we walked. "The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"The room was relatively clean. The shower was dirty around all of the seals. We also had some ants :( which they did offer to take care of immediately but we only stayed one night and into the next afternoon. The shower will not stay one temperature. Once it's set, it will immediately go from hot to cold back to hot and then cold again. There is also loud monk singing in the middle of the night. That's not their fault but could be a reason to stay further from city center."

"Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job.
