My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. They were really accommodating when it came into getting us into our room a little bit early since we had an excursion in the afternoon. The room was spacious and we enjoyed spending time at the pool. It's located right in the middle of town (which is small) so everything is a 5 min walk.

Good option, nice location and good service
Nice hotel, very well located, is not connected with beach directly but you only need to cross the small street and you are in the public beach. Welcome drink and good attention. Rooms are spacious, and we loved the pool. They can improve bed, mattress wasn’t that comfortable and furniture looks damaged

Vi bodde på rum 408 med Garden View och det var värt vartenda krona. Vi var lite oroliga då många hade klagat på att badrummen luktade alger och personalen var otrevlig. Upplevande inget av delarna.

Above average stay.
This hotel is above average, though not stellar (especially for the price point). The hot water wasn't working, and when I asked the receptionist to have someone fix it, it ended up not being fixed despite someone clearly having dropped by my room. I only stayed a night and left early in the morning so I couldn't be bothered to go back to the receptionist, but for the price I was paying, I don't think it was worth it to pay that much and not have hot water. I also couldn't find the light switch to turn off the main light in the room, so I had to sleep with the lights on. At least the room was nice and clean. Nice modern design that doesn't look like it was built in the 70s/80s.

Updated hotel but drains are a problem
Average hotel but probably one of the more modern looking in Phi Phi with updated rooms and bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable and no major complaints regarding the with bedroom/sleeping area. The only problem with this hotel is the smell of raw sewage coming from the bathroom drains. It was so bad it woke me up one night when I hadn't shut the bathroom door. I had 2 rooms and both had the smell problem so it's not isolated and it doesn't occur at other hotels ive stayed at in Phi Phi. I wouldn't stay here again but if you're looking for a modern updated room then this is for you. Just remember to bring air freshener - I bought a couple of gel fresheners from the local store for about 90b - that solved the problem and no more smell :)

Bonjour. Ayant réservé une chambre pour trois avec 4 lits simples nous avons été surpris d'arriver dans une chambre avec seulement 2 lits simples. La directrice n'a rien voulu savoir et a seulement ajouté un lit d'appoint dans la chambre, non-conforme à celle que nous avions réservée. Cela sans même chercher à aire un petit geste commercial (ne serait-ce qu'offrir les petits-déjeuner par exemple) ni même s'excuser. Elle a plutôt été désagréable. Le reste du personnel a été excellent et l'hotel est super bien placé avec une piscine magnifique. Dans la douche il n'y a ni pression ni eau chaude...

Fantatisk hyggeligt sted!
Helt fantastisk! To voksne og to børn, en på 5 år og en på 7 måneder. Vi har været i Thailand i 5 uger og har boet på 4 hoteller, -alle sammen ret pricey fordi vi har børn med og det her sted (med færrest stjerner) var faktisk samlet set det dejligste. Personalet ALLE steder, fra reception til pool til housekeeping til bell boys til restaurant var så utroligt hjælpsomme, venlige, serviceminded og dygtige! Stemningen her har været så dejlig at vi 100% ville bo her igen hvis vi tog til øen igen en dag. Værelset var ikke noget særligt men der var den bedste Aircon som bare virkede og der var rent og masser af belysning selvom det var lidt mørkt der hvor vi boede, og dejlige senge. Og ingen kryb. Maden i restauranten (frokost/aftensmad) var ret standard thailandsk og vildt lækker og til gode priser. Der var hvad der skulle være til morgenmad og det var fantastisk at sidde med så god en udsigt. Alt i alt et fantastisk sted til prisen, virkelig gjort af at deres personale er så dygtige. Tak for et dejligt ophold til Chao Koh holdet.

Realmente me surpreendeu este atendimento na Tailândia pois em todos os lugares que visitamos fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados INFELIZMENTE aqui o atendimento foi péssimo! No primeiro dia que chegamos infeliZmente perdemos a chave do quarto e isto virou transtorno pois fomos a recepção para pedir outra chave e as recepcionistas de cara nos falaram que teríamos que pagar 500 para ter outra chave! E que seria bom dar uma volta pra procura a chave. Ai foi onde começaram os problemas pois as recepcionistas muito mal educadas insistiam que teríamos que pagar a chave ( chave leia-se cartao de plastico) de quaisquer forma ! Tentamos argumentar que não fizemos isto por querer e que não foi nos explicado a respeito desta política e a recepcionista apontava para a capa de onde eles entregavam a chave com a informação desta multa mas ela fica atrás do local aonde se coloca o cartão onde é difícil de se ver ! Tentamos argumentar pois o hotel não passou esta informação no check in! Falaram de tudo menos da taxa de perder a chave, pedimos várias vezes pra falar com o gerente e ela desconversava e insistia que teníamos que pagar a taxa! Falamos que não íamos pagar pois não fazia o menor sentido pois não fomos avisados e estamos em um local de praia! A recepcionista mostrando muita ma vontade resolveu dar. Água do chuveiro e salgada e fede esgoto. Impossível tomar banho. Ficamos num quarto com hidromassagem e era a mesma coisa q nadar no esgoto. Apesar de bonito fiquem evitem!
