"Good resort with good amenities, well maintained and very helpful staff. Kid's club was very good with hourly activities. We rate 4 out of 5 stars since the food was okay-ish but not great (compared to other restaurants on the island which are much better). Overall we would recommend and also would be happy to come back."

"The pool and access to beach front was very convenient. However, our room was directly in front of the bar/breakfast area so from 0715 they had music already playing so it would be difficult to sleep in. The curtains are also light so the rooms were bright early on. There were no PowerPoints near the bedside table and the showers were sandstone flooring, both of which was inconvenient. I would ask for a room away from the bar to have a little more privacy and quietness."

"The staff were exceptional, always willing to help with a lovely smile. The hotel was right on the beach, where the water was warm and the bay so beautiful . The hotel was carrying out external maintenance, which was not disruptive and needed. The rooms were clean but in need of a bit of a paint touch up as they are looking tired. Shower was not warm but the weather certainly was, so although frustrating nothing to harsh to handle. Would I recommend the hotel definitely, lovely and quiet but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and clubs for the youngsters."

"Our room tariff included airport transfers. The vehicle promptly picked us up at the airport. Check in was efficient and smooth. We were permitted an early check in with no extra charge. I had booked a suite but was given a large bedroom with a good sized balcony. The plate outside the room mentioned that it was a suite which should have a separate bedroom and living room. At one end of the room was a tiny table and 2 chairs. So this definitely was NOT a suite by any definition. I didn't want to start off my week-long holiday arguing with the staff considering I saw the room plate and I realized there was no point. The hotel entrance is pretty dated and we didn't get any 5* hotel feeling at all. Initially we were very disappointed but after Day 1 we got used to the place. The suite front doors face the main road which could be noisy but not bad. The balcony faced the sea so that was lovely. This is a beach side property so that's a huge plus. Though the hotel has a spa across the street i used the masseuses on the beach at 500THB for a deep tissue massage. There is no shuttle service to town which is a 10 minute walk. All along the walk and in town there are plenty of restaurants from Michelin star restaurants (Day and Night and Kapi Sator) When we were checking out we were not able to have too long a late check out but the transit lounge was very comfortable with shower facilities and a collection of novels."

"Such a great experience! The hotel has soo many small details which I appreciated like freeitems to borrow such as the Dyson airwrap. They had a Polaroid camera I took for the day and only had to pay for the film. The food and breakfast was so good, the beach access and all the nearby hotels was such a good spot to be in. This hotel was the highlight of my whole SEA trip, def coming back"
