"I think Richmann is currently the best hotel in Hat Yai. I was very satisfied staying here. The facilities are complete, there’s a swimming pool, spacious parking with plenty of spaces, and both the interior and exterior design details are truly impressive. "Det var långt ifrån både aktiviteter, barer och centrum. Närmaste butik var också över kilometern bort. Hade oturen att bo i en gammal och fallfärdig juniorsvit på tredje våningen samtidigt som de vanliga rummen verkade bredvid renoverades. Balkongdörrarna var sönderrostade så man hörde ifall någon stod på marken utanför och viskade. Fick besök av flertalet myror på rummet och badrummet var duschen full med kalk och något svart som växte vid flera ställen på duschväggen. Var nöjd att AC fanns...

Small room, very small double bed (though beautiful aesthetically) and not much by way of available drinks or snacks - not a problem though would have been nice to sit in the front open area. Staff were nice but didn’t seem that customer - centric."
