"Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Very closed to Sannomiya station. I also found if going through the aeon supermarket building, the hotel was very closed to one of the entrances. It was so convenient to stay so I extended my stay twice. I also like the rooms I stayed in, they were both clean and quiet. "
