"The hotel was close to the airport. This was good. They didn't have our reservation and said that they never worked with Expedia. It was not something nice to hear in the middle of night after we arrived to Kayseri. And I don't know who's fault it is - the hotel's or Expedia's."

"Lived in three hotel in turkey this trip , this is absolutely the best . The most friendly and helpful staffs among all the hotels and restaurants we went to in turkey , the breakfast is delicious , the dinner is delicious and priced very reasonable, no wonder it is so hard to book.
