"Deluxe garden units in need of upgrades (gaps in door jams made easy entry for mosquitos). Pool view rooms in excellent condition. Staff very nice and very helpful. Especially helpful front desk manager Ai Rin. Thank you for your extra help. Much appreciated. "

"All good with the resort, location and cleanliness. We found some cockroaches and spiders regularly as the bathroom is somewhat open to the exterior. Reception and massages staff were great, but unfortunately we cannot say the same from staff working in the restaurant. Basic service, not very keen to offer an excellent one. Room was ok, comfortable, well located, but didn’t feel very safe as the door lock was broken. On the other hand, the island is amazing and the resort offers good value, so we cannot complain too much. Overall we had a good stay."

"The resort was in a great location right on sunrise beach which is great for swimming and snorkeling We had no issues getting a sun lounger when we needed one. The staff are very helpful and provided a pick up and return to the pier great service The resort itself is lovely for what it is although the walks between rooms are paper thin you can hear everything that goes on!!!! We had a pool room view. The breakfast was very basic so don’t expect a great deal. "

"Loved our stay at Serendipity. Views are incredible.Stayed on both ends of sunrise beach. Serendipity is closer to walking street and everything on the island is accessible by short taxi ride. The walk on the beach to the other end of Sunrise beach is about 20 minutes. Note: many stairs to the room - I counted 150! to our room. Need to be in decent shape but the views are worth it. Stayed in the deluxe pool room. Private pool with jets were a plus. Staff was wonderful. Small private beach that you can snorkel from. Wish they supplied beach chairs. The neighboring hotel does and restricts their use to patrons."

"A large hotel with a good position on a busy beach (lots of boats and ferries). A minute from walking street and restaurants. Staff were all great and very helpful. Room was a very high standard."

"Big hotel with lots of different type rooms. Lobby close to pattaya beach and walking street. Rooms in H block pretty far from the beach. Wifi worked well."
