The hotel is positioned beautifully on the beach, we had a bungalow pool view. The location is a little walk from the centre of Chaweng, but lots of shops, restaurants close by. The staff are all very helpful, polite and always smiling, they cannot do enough for you to welcome you and enjoy your stay. The chef is always on hand to cook fresh omelettes for breakfast. I would stay at this hotel again.

Fantastiskt läge, hotellpetsonalen mycket tillmötesgående. Utmärkt service. Hotellet skulle behöva en upprustning. Börjar bli slitet. Dyrt på restaurangen men det finns gott om matställen utanför hotellet. Städpersonalen gör ett utmärkt jobb. Rent och snyggt.

Perfect place to relax and visit all sights
This place has everything. From the position of the resort to the fabulous staff who cannot do enough to make your stay as perfect as they can. Rooms cleaned every day, huge comfy firm beds, water, coffee & tea supplied each day, shower gels & shampoo supplied, toothbrushes and paste plus everything else you may need Beautiful gardens around the bungalows. Swimming pools are kept immaculate and the beach is only 20 steps from them. Lovely restaurant where you can sit at the edge of the beach and enjoy your meals while taking in the beauty of the bay. They surprised us on David’s birthday by knocking on our door and singing Happy Birthday and presented him with a super cake complete with lit candles. Just had one month there and only saw smiles from each staff member. We cannot wait to return next year.

Overall good experience
Very lovely and clean hotel and bungalow. Pool was clean and the water clear, so well maintained, for my point on view. Check-in and check-out worked well and quickly. Allthoug the didn't give the key deposit back (no reason not to, and I descovered it too late my self 😞) We had reservation for bungalow with two beds. First they took us to a room with just one double bed, but the arranged a new room with two beds (with better lovation closer to pool) immediately. Breakfast was good, there's variety of things to choose from. We left early morning, so we got breakfast to go (had to ask it)

Excellent établissement, les chambres sont confortables spacieuses et bien équipées, la literie est de qualité. Il est préférable d'opter pour les bungalows.Le jardin est décoré est extrêmement bien entretenu, belle piscine. Vos demandes sont prises en compte avec célérité. De nombreux services à votre disposition avec de très bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est opulent et de qualité... La situation de cet hôtel est parfaite pour l'accès à la plage, restaurant et autres distractions en tous genre.

We stayed in the waterfront poolside villas and it was perfect. We could here the waves outside our window as we slept and the view was stunning. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Levde inte upp till förväntningarna tyvärr. Betydligt mer slitet än vad som syns på bilderna. Trevlig personal, okej läge och skaplig mat. Dessvärre inte så bra väder under vår resa (tre veckor i feb) vilket innebar att vi inte hade någon strand förutom under fyra dagar då det var lugnare med vinden. Då var strand och hav väldigt bra! Åker nog inte tillbaka.

Resort is beautiful, in particular the landscaping [gardens] All resort facilities were brilliant with the resort having friendliest of staff, from reception, hospitality, housekeeping and grounds. I highly recommend staying here.

Hotellet var bra beläget med bra restauranger intill. Fanns allltid plats på stranden och vid poolen på Deras stolar. Tyvärr var restaurangen inte särskilt trevlig, maten var inte toppen och personalen väldigt ouppmärksam. Helt ok för vistelsen men skulle inte bo där igen.

Hade en jättebra upplevelse, kontakt via mail sköttes smidigt med hotellet. Trevligt bemötande och väldigt rent och fräscht både i rummet, poolen och på toaletterna vid poolen. Det enda negativa var att det var dåligt ljudisolerat ut mot ytterdörren mot korridoren. Man hörde när folk gick utanför rummet och det kunde störa när man försökte sova. I övrigt finns ingenting att klaga på. En jättetrevlig medelåldersman som var toppen i baren. Läget är också bra, gott om restauranger runt om trots att man inte är riktigt i centrum.

낡고,오래된 스타일의 호텔방
차웽비치 끝자락에 위치해서 오토바이 타고 라마이 비치나 매남 비치로 나들이 하기 좋으며 테스코나 빅씨에 가기에도 거리상 적당하다. 방갈로가 아닌 빌라 건물2층에 묵었으며 방크기가 크고,창도 커서 밝고,발코니도 넓다. 방 분위기는 대체로 오래되어 낡고 허름하다. 청소 수준도 미흡하여 낡은 방이라 더욱 티가 안난다. 가장 불편했던 3가지는 1.방 조명이 적고 할로겐이라 밤에 어둡고 답답하다는 것. 2.화장실에 창문도 없고,환풍구도 없어 냄새나고 습하다는 것. 3.에어컨이 크기는 큰데 제대로 작동하지 않는다는 것. 아침 조식은 맛이 없고.다양하지 않으면 싸구려 식재료로 채워져 있었다. 수영장이 있고,해변과 가깝지만 전체적인 투자와 관리가 이뤄지지 않아 아쉽다. 사무이는 지금 변화를 맞고 있는 시점이다.

Great breakfast, family-friendly, fun
We had a wonderful time at the Chaweng Cove Beach Resort staying in a garden-view bungalow. The room was nicely fitted with A.C. (thank goodness). The resort had a lovely family presence and was kept very clean. The staff were always helpful and smiley. The pool area was fantastic as was the beach and the breakfasts were definitely one of our favourite ones across Thailand due to the variety! Thank you!

Wir hatten ein Zimmer hinten im Haupthaus, nicht die hübschen Bungalows auf den Werbebildern. Somit ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nur angemessen. Der Service, das Frühstück und die Strandanlage mit kostenfreien Liegen, Schirm und Handtuch war tadellos.

Great beach side escape with family.
Stayed in the F bungalows, it was big clean and very comfortable. The beach was wonderful and they also had great breakfast. Will definitely go back!

We only stayed one night but the bed was very comfortable, and beach loungers & pool bar were fantastic. The only negative was the smoke detector battery went off in the middle of the night waking us up.
