I booked for 10 nights but only stayed for 5 due to an incident and the hotel was good enough to organise a refund for the balance of the nights not stayed which was appreciated. I highly recommend staying beachfront in villa 1 as the sunrise over the ocean is incredible.

Sehr schönes Hotel, durchgehend freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand mit schönem infinity-Pool. Nach Renovierung waren noch nicht alle Bereiche wieder geöffnet(Spa,Yoga-Classes,Restaurant nur mit kleiner Karte) trotzdem klare Empfehlung!!

Excellent option close to fisherman’s village
Lovely hotel near to all of the restaurants and shops of Fisherman’s Village. Beach area is massive with many sun loungers and free use of kayaks and paddle boards. Pool area is lovely but the pool itself is quite small. Food from the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast which is an additional 400 baht with a selection of buffet and a la carte. Would definitely return.

Nice enough
Zazen had a great post lockdown offer on so we got a bargain room rate. It was nice enough. Kayak we took out had a big hole in it which led to a slightly hairy situation but they seemed to deal with it when we told them about it. Restaurant setting is lovely.

Lovely hotel near Fisherman’s village
A beautiful hotel with lovely rooms and a huge beach front area with lots of sun loungers and use of kayaks for free. The pool area is also lovely, though the pool is quite small. Still a wonderful place to spend the day. Food from the restaurant was delicious, breakfast included a range of dishes to order as well as buffet cereal, fruit, pastries, juice and yoghurt. It’s about a 20 minute stroll either along the beach or on the road to Fisherman’s Village. I would highly recommend this hotel.

great location great food
The hotel is very nice and right on the beach. Makes for a good sunrise, but you should be on the other side of the island for a sunset. The staff were very attentive and the service was fantastic. We had a small issue with mosquitos on the first night when we got in late. once we mentioned to the staff, they quickly erected a mosquito net which made the room look that little bit nicer as well. no complaints. i can see why it has such a high rating.The in house yoga instructor was fantastic.

This could potentially be the best hotel i've ever been to, and i've been to quite a lot of time due to extensive traveling for work int he past 10 years. Super friendly and sincere staff, cozy atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms and amazing food.

The restaurant dinner menu and food was amazing! The female waitresses were pleasant but found the bartenders and beach boys not friendly at all. Almost like you were putting them out by asking them for a drink or food. The spa is amazing but the person I travelling with was treated poorly by one of the therapist. Because she is a bigger lady and they didn’t have spa clothes for her size the therapist basically told her she was too big. And was ignorant when she asked for something else to change into as she thought the Thai massage had comfy clothes provided and didn’t bring anything to change into. The therapist was rude and provided her with disposable panties and told her to change in the shower and didn’t even give her any privacy. This person shouldn’t be in the service industry!

Amazing honeymoon destination!
My husband and i took a beach front room in Zazwn to celebrate our honeymoon. We loved it!! The place is beautiful and obly has about 25 rooms so it was vert intimate and we felt almost alone. The beach was right outside our room amd we enjoined the canoe and paddling board that were there for our use. The staff was very friendly amd helpful and very soon we felt at home. The hotel is a close drive to the fishermans village which is nice and has a big weekend market. The only thing i could say that wasn't perfect is that the room design is a bit outdated, but still, very comfy. Important to say thay we were looking for a very relaxed, calm vacation, and the zazen was great for that. Of you are looking for action in the evening you will have to go out. We only regret we haven't stayed for longer.

Resort neanmoins très zen et belle decoration.cuisine raffinée au restaurant. Prix non justifié par rapport aux points negatifs pour un resort de cette categorie.

Gorgeous resort
This is an amazing property!! Photos do not do it justice....usually, the photos are far nicer than the actual resort. The opposite is true here. Garden paths are thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Restaurant and bar have stunning views over the water. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Rooms are super comfortable and staff are friendly and helpful.

The grounds are like something out of a fairytale! Babbling rills and waterfalls, mysterious doorways and footpaths... Quite surreal at night with "candles" everywhere! The beach had been eroded by stormy weather, but what remained was soft sand and gentle blue-green waves -tension and anxiety were erased! There were a few nearby dining options for when we just wanted casual "comfort food" straight off the beach. The Staff at the Reception were amazing -so kind and helpful. I felt genuinely sad to have to leave...

Mooie locatie, niet echt een groot stand. Wij hadden een strand bungalow. Schoon, alleen op de laatste dag een kakkerlak in de badkamer, deze is een deels open. 2x koude douche maar na bellen wordt er gelijk actie ondernomen. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en zeer netjes verzorgd, warme gerechte worden na bestelling vers gemaakt, niet uit warmhoudbakken. Overige eten, zoals fruit en brood, is netjes afgedekt tegen vliegen. Eten in restaurant is zeer goed. 1x gebruik gemaakt van de spa, massage en facial, heerlijk !! In de omgeving niet veel te doen, wat restaurantjes en een massage salons.
