First time is the last.
"The resort is great, especially the ocean pool. The receptionist was unfriendly. I booked 4 rooms but the they did not have enough room as I wished. The receptionist did not say sorry but forced me to stay as she arranged. I had to go up and down 4 times to change the room key to open the room. How ..."
