"The host was very welcoming and gave a very detailed explanation. Although I was only staying one night, I felt the warmth and care of family. The room was clean; it was obviously cleaned regularly, many times a week."

"The location was ideal. The room was dated but fine. It looked like the sheets on the pull out bed had not been changed from last guest and there were a lot of ants. We were also asked to pay a deposit when we arrived, which I wasn't aware of and eventually they let it go but not without having to get upset about it."

"Quiet hotel never heard any noise from within the hotel however heaps of people zooming around the neighbourhood all night long on the Saturday night but less people on the sunday night, of course this is out of the hotels control but some people may appreciate our honesty. "This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."

"Loved the compact, functional amenities in the room. Quiet, great sleep. Breakfast other than buffet was a write-off, since it had to be ordered from the bartender (!),, who was far too busy to even look at me, let alone take my order. I asked directions to any cafe nearby, and walked via an overpass some distance to it, where no one was at the counter. Ended up buying food from the Woolworth’s chain grocery store."
