"We were so pleased with Hotel Adler. When we first arrived we met a gentleman who was so pleasant. We found out he was a long time friend of the owners. Iy was special to wath the interation between the staff & this gentleman. We were the only giests foe breakfast - bit yiu would not know it due to the wonderful breakfast we were served. Special details were given & we felt like royalty. Yhis is a beautiful place filled with hospitality & kindness. Thank you. "

I arrived at the auto-check-in machine, which informed me that my reservation had been cancelled because I wanted to check in one day later. "Ich kann nicht viel über dieses Hotel sagen, da ich nicht einchecken konnte.
Trotz rechtzeitigem Eintreffen in der Unterkunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und auch niemand über die "Notfallnummer" erreichbar (nur ein KI-Assistent).
Nach einiger Zeit und diversen Versuchen, jemanden zu erreichen, wurde ich dann von Expedia spontan und kulant in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht.
Ich kann dieses Hotel also nicht empfehlen!"
