As you would know, The Oberoi Grand is a 125 year old hotel and has been through much transformation and restoration over the decades whilst keeping its heritage grandeur intact. Having said that, I admit the hotel is in need of renovation and we have recently carried out a structural assessment of the entire hotel. We are working closely with a structural engineer and a heritage architect who are assisting us and we hope to commence renovation of our guest rooms and bathrooms in April.
