Hotel hat viele Baustellen!!! Parkplatz Preise viel teuerer als in der Hotelbeschreibung und bei Kartenzahlung zusätzliche Abzocke.Rezeption hat die Beschwerde dazu angeblich der Hotelleitung weitergegeben.??? Betten sind Knochenhart. Buffet Frühstück war gut, das Personal aufmerksam.

Förbättrings tips för framtid

Generellt är jag nöjd men i det gamla huset bör finnas en bra lösning för att ta sin bagage till första och andra våning. Varje rum bör ha sin solstol, hårtork, och badrock. Det vore bra att kolla om tvål, schampo etc finns alltid i badrummet. Gäster bör vara informerade om vilka behandlingspacket finns tillgängliga, ej bara pris för varje behandling.

Sengene var så dårlig at det føltes som å ligge i et badekar. Det eneste positive med rommet var størrelsen. Møblene i stuen luktet så mye røyk at vi måtte dekke de til med den ekstra dynen som var i rommet. Rommet ble ikke rengjort eller skiftet håndkleet på de to dagene vi var der. Lokasjon va bra, men du kan få bedre enn dette for samme pris.

Pleasant stay, lots of renovations taking place

We had a pleasant stay, our room matched the information on the booking site, the fridge in the room was a pleasant surprise. The Breakfast Buffet was well stocked, the hot food was and the cold food as it should be as well. There is a lot of construction on the resort with a maze of connecting temporary corridors that need to be navigated. Hats off to the staff, they managed our lack of Polish language skills very diplomatically.

Mehr teuer als alles andere

Soweit so gut. Völlig überlaufen beim Frühstück. Mit Kindern nicht machbar. Sind dann woanders frühstücken gegangen. Ansonsten ist das Buffet sehr ausreichend gewesen. Schwimmbad musste extra teuer gezahlt werden. Keine Fahrstühle, also schleppen der Koffer und Kinderwagen nach oben sehr mühselig. Kinderbetreuung gab es nicht. Am Parkplatz wurde gebaut, also nichts mit schön draußen sitzen. Nochmal nicht in dieses Hotel
