"We were treated like VIPs from check-in to check-out, from the wonderful breakfast options to the fun by the pool. This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful and helpful. We were greeted as soon as our driver dropped us off, and the bellmen were incredibly helpful with our heavy luggage. "Five stars for hose. Chris is such a great person. He helped us with our luggage’s and explain everything to us, gave us some excellent suggestions for dining. The room is a little small for the price but I can understand it they only rent out is nigh season and for the location the price is fair. It is also best for sunset as it is only 5 mins away from the famous Caldera."
