"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"The room was amazing! It had all possible comforts a guest may need. And it was very clean and very quiet. The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes walk from the city center.
The staff were very kind and very efficient, particularly Natalja from Reception. Natalja is very professional and very efficient.
I very much recommend this Hotel"
