"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. "Nice and quiet area. Easy to check in and walking distance from station. Room is clean and everything is working perfectly. Really recommend this place."

"Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out. Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. "This is a brand new build apartment building. The communication from the management was top tier. You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram. "

"The place is big and priced well for it's size. It's also within reasonable walking distance from ikebukuru station. But, it was not clean when we arrived and the cleaners arrived only at 8PM. The shower smells strongly of mold and if you leave the shower door open, you can smell it in the entire house. One of the beds is broken and the sofa chair is also broken (bent out of shape leg). Old thin towels, and in general a feeling the place is minimally maintained. It's ok if you need a big place...
