"The friendly staff greeted me at the door, spoke enough english so check-in was easy and quick. They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. A nice quiet accommodation with an instant friendly warmth when you walk through the door. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here."

"We spent one night during our 2 week visit to Japan. We are a family of five with 3 kids under 7 years old. We loved the location as it is located closer to the train station also plenty of dining options nearby. Also the hotel has a 7-11 in the ground floor. Nice and clean rooms.
