"The hotel’s friendly staff and room’s impeccable cleanliness was great… until one smoker lit-up in their room at midnight which set off the entire fire alarm requiring all guests to evacuate. The hotel was not responsible for the smoker’s action - however there was a total lack of preparation. Their response was extremely slow and inefficient. Guests had to remain outside on the sidewalk in the middle of the night ( some with sleeping children in their arms) for over an hour. Not a great...

"The reception is open untill 3pm. Thats fine with me, unfortunately non functional self check-in process has totally ruined the first impression. The phone support was not very effective. I very much value the receptionist apologies. The property as such is very nice and rooms are comfortable, cozy and clean. Only objections would be insects in the shower. I will definitely be willing to come back. This is another example of lousy IT solution ruining work and efforts of the onsite hard working...
