"Beautiful property. Iconic Indonesian views and experiences. Great food and amazing staff at the restaurants. Definitely must try the live lobster grilled while seating water front. Our biggest complaint was the front desk. I booked my prepaid reservation well in advance, cancellation period had passed. "The room, staff and food was lovely. But, the Safety, risk and emergency procedures make this a dangerous place to stay. I fell off the jetty due to poor lighting, breaking a number of bones. My husband jumped in and saved me, other guests helped us, while staff were lovely they had no idea, could not swim and no first aid box or stretcher/board. Apparently I am not the first, it has happened before but the owner does not want safe lighting or safety rails installed as it will spoil the...

"Absolutely great hotel!"

"Overall the hotel is lovely, and when lounging around the pool the view is beautiful. However, once you step onto the beach you can see lots of rubbish either side of the hotel boarders. I would not recommend swimming in the water there. This isn't a fault of the hotel, they do everything they can to keep their beach front clean, it's a general problem of the area. We still had a wonderful holiday."
