"Located in the heart of Chongqing away from tourists areas. People welcomed us warmly and we were kind of celebrities. I recommend this hotel as staff were very accommodating and although we toured other parts of China we kept this for full stay so we would not have to carry our big luggage around China and Hong Kong. Great food and massages just around the corner. "

"The worst hotel experience ever! I paid for a room for 3 guests, but it only accommodated 2 people. Even at check-in, the room was prepared for 2 guests only. When I asked the receptionist, they said I needed to pay extra for the third bed — apparently, the existing setup was only for 2 pax. I reached out to Expedia, but they couldn’t do anything about it. In the end, one of us had to sleep on the sofa. Housekeeping was also disappointing — by 4 PM, our room still wasn’t cleaned. Strangely,...

"Las camas son muy cómodas. Mi habitación estaba en unos de los extremos por lo que las mañanas fueron muy silenciosas, ademas de que el area no es comercial. El tener a tu disposición una lavandería ayuda bastante, sobre todo si ya tienes algunos días de viaje. El personal en general no habla mucho inglés, pero lo compensan siendo muy serviciales."

"Spacious room, lots of local foods around the hotel. Good place for those want to experience more local vibe. Check in lobby located at basement 2 of the building, once reach basement 2(B2) turn right you will see a gate to car park. Then turn right and walk for about 15 metres you will see the check in lobby."
