"We had made a reservation for one night, and when we called to request an additional night, we had to upgrade, at our expense, to the suite building down the street.

"Really unbelievable to me we were unable to use the AC in our room. After inquiry, temperature option was lowered; however, the AC never kicked in.
Also, cannot imagine a business hotel displaying a message that warm meals were prohibited in the room.
Lastly, the bathroom was not designed to be functional. No counter space. Leaking sink and shower."

"Excellent room, very friendly but parking was questionable.
1st night ok but 2nd night we had to pay for parking as we had to park underneath as the carpark was full.
But some of the carpark was taken up by the restaurant next door also.
Also the hotel restaurant is closed on Sundays & Mondays."
