"The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful and efficient which made the stay very pleasant. The hotel was very nice, the lobby area is a nice place to spend time, we visited in November when it was a little cold so it was nice to have a lovely lobby to spend time in the evenings. Hotel evening entrainment was good. We had a room on the 7th floor with partial sea view, which was very nice. We stayed on an all inclusive basis, there were so many options for dining throughout the day and night. We had booked a double room but I believe we were given a room for 3 as there was an extra single bed so the room felt very spacious. "

"We had an excellent stay at Rixos Downtown Antalya. The staff were extremely helpful, always friendly and attentive, and the room service was fantastic, consistently prompt and high quality. The hotel and grounds are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, giving plenty of room to relax without ever feeling crowded. The gym facilities were very impressive, genuinely better than many other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed in. I also really enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffees, which was a great added touch. The heated pool, although slightly on the cooler side, was still very pleasant and relaxing. The food throughout the hotel was amazing, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The private beach, despite being a short 5-minute walk from the hotel, didn’t take anything away from the holiday, in fact, it added to it. It was incredibly peaceful, and the high-quality food available directly on the beach was fantastic. The location of the hotel was another big bonus, with Antalya itself being a truly lovely city to explore. And of course, the free admission to Land of Legends was unreal, a major highlight of the trip. To top everything off, the WiFi was excellent, fast and reliable throughout the hotel, which made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommended."

"I will say this has been one of the most pleasant experiences from a hotel. Staff was very attentive to my requests, the food was incredible and cooks are willing to customize your meals according to your needs. Only issue I’d say is there is an issue with cats wandering around the outdoor dinning patio areas. People tend to feed them so it seems as if they are used to privileges. "

"Our particular praise is for the entertainments staff who were lovely, inclusive and super friendly. My 2 year old grandchild was entertained as were we! Enjoyed the fantastic variety of food types as we like to try different things so it suited us. Everything was freshly prepared. We never went hungry! Thanks for a lovely week there. "

"We stayed at Megasaray Westbeach in the second week of November and had an amazing time. We were a group of 18 people travelling from different countries for my brother’s wedding in Antalya, and the hotel handled everything flawlessly. The staff were great from the moment we arrived. Everyone was attentive, honest, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel has recently introduced an off season concept with breakfast only, half board and all inclusive. Even with some areas closed during this period, mainly the food court, the all inclusive option was still good value. The food quality was very good, with plenty of variety throughout the stay. Drinks and pasties were also very nice. The hotel was genuinely fully booked for a couple of days while we were there in November, which says a lot about the level of service they maintain. A few members of our group were staying elsewhere and visited us at various times. Management were very understanding and even allowed late visits (after 9 pm). They even offered complimentary tea for our visitors which was much appreciated, especially since many all inclusive resorts are strict about outside visitors. A special thank you to Sadaf from guest relations who was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. She even helped us with a few last minute wedding related arrangements (noting the wedding was outside and unrelated to Megasaray) and made sure everything ran smoothly. "
