"The check-in process was very smooth, and the lady was excellent in giving us instructions on where to eat. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. The hotel was very clean, comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Really appreciated the well stocked breakfast food. "

The staff members were rude and not helpful at all, which made the whole stay uncomfortable. There was no proper guidance, and it was very difficult to even find my room. The room itself was not up to standard. It had an unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, and the beds were not clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. On top of that, there were hardly any amenities provided, making the stay even more inconvenient. Overall, this place does not meet basic expectations for comfort or service. I would not recommend staying here."

"Great location, good size townhouse for family stays. Parking options are good and reasonably close to room. Check in not the best experience - no one available upon check in time - office closed, keys not left out so no access to room - called the manager a bunch of times with no answer. Received a message back about an hour later, stating that a groundsmen would get the keys and leave them out…. Unprofessional management, but a great stay none the less"
