"The motel room was very clean, quiet, had a comfortable bed, and the shower was good. That’s all I ask for in a budget motel where I’m only staying for one or two nights while working. The owner met me quickly as I was outside their check-in time and was very cheery and helpful."

"Room was way overpriced for what we got. Photos online also did not reflect the size and quality of the room. There was also an added resort fee that we were not told about. No fridge, microwave or free breakfast in the morning, meaning we could not keep food we brought cold, or heat it up."

"This is a unique place that seems to be a labor of love for the owners. It is NOT corporate. Breakfasts were creative and good. Radium is a small town and some of the restaurants were booked up. We stayed 3 nights and ate at the "Horsethief" bar across the street, which was surprisingly good. The best part for us was easy access to trails in the Kootenai National Park. The Radium Hot Springs were nice, too."

"Location is great, quick walk to nearby cafes and restaurants. The room looks like it was recently renovated which is nice. Could use a little more cleaning in corners and nooks. Will stay again though!"

"The property is definitely stunning and close to many things, however I found myself disappointed. The room was okay. Good view and lots of room to store your items. However, the sheets had multiple hairs and same with the bathroom floor. The carpet was disgusting and dirty and lifting up in some areas. "The section we were in is showing its age. Balcony furniture old and dilapidated. Bathroom sink taps were sticking badly. Restaurant not easily handicapped accessible."

"Overall, the room was clean and in good shape. But, the bathroom did not have any hooks or towel racks to hang things. I wish there was a small shelf for my toiletries. The room was pet friendly... we had a dog. That was nice."

"The cabin was dated along with the furnishings but it was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. It is about a 25 minute drive to Banff and Lake Louise and we had an awesome grizzly encounter right down the road on 1A with 3 grizzlies. The staff are great. There is a small grocery store that has essentials, beer, wine and the creamer you will need for your morning coffee provided."

"Stayed in a one bedroom suite. Pull out couch bed was not overly comfortable and the windows in the living room were not all covered in blinds so it was bright in there way earlier. Overall, would stay again and staff were very friendly and helpful."
