"No toilet in the room but there was a shower. The room has a weird smell, but overall things were mostly clean. Walls are kind of thin so noisy neighbours can be annoying. Amenities are good though, lots of snacks and coffee, cokes, ice cream, nice lounge area, and good location."

"Breakfast buffet had vegan options, however, the daily offering was minimal. Given the few options, what was offered was very delicious, just had to eat a lot of 2 or 3 items. No protein offering on my second day. Tofu would have been nice besides nuts. "

"I liked the location - a bit out of the way but still easy access to the famous palaces, market and other sites by walking, bus and metro. Nice staffs and clean surroundings."

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."

"The room was clean, cleanliness could be improved in the showers. Good air conditioning and amazing location. Walking distance to gwangjang market and myeongdong. I would make sure to bring your own slippers as they only provide reusable ones that seems to have been used by previous guests. There is a vending machine for other disposables."
