"Staff at the hotel was friendly but when we got into the room, the room looks clean but only just a “look” and all towels in the rooms was dirty and we didn’t want to use so first night we didn’t use towels from hotel but uses own small towels. Next day room was clean (finally) but with this room rate, it shouldn’t happened. "
