"The people were amazing, so helpful. We arranged for our luggage to be collected from our room but this was not done and we were late for the. Bus we had paid for, that is my only complaint in two weeks, also since 3 people were booked into our room there was only ever enough cups, ets for two. There ..."

"I booked for two nights stay but had to check out next day. Because the room smells so bad the bed smells bad pillow bed cover all dirty and roaches can be seen on kitchen counter top very dirty. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed."
