"We found this Hotel in Franklin, Texas met all of our needs. The location near 2 gas stations, a grocery store and not far from TAMU was perfect. The breakfast was excellent- hot eggs, waffles, fresh fruit, yoghurt, coffee and orange juice. The front desk staff helped my son print out forms we needed. ..."

"The place is beautiful and a lot of activities you can do. The only thing that I don't like was the ants. So many ants. I did not enjoy sitting outside, worrying about being bitten by ants. Overall, the place is beautiful to unwind and relax."
