Great Hotel and Great People

I can’t recommend the Kosta Boda Arts Hotel enough! It is a beautiful hotel, and the people are amazing! I especially want to thank Jenny, Emmy, and Alice with their service and help with both the shuttle and trains. We love it here!

Fabulous Property

We loved this hotel. It is charming, unusual and interesting. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. The indoor pool was fantastic. Breakfast was superb. Best of all, though, was the wonderful service: friendly and informative and helpful in every way.

Skuffende ophold

Hotellet virker lidt for slidt mange steder. Et virkeligt lækkert poolområde. Tæpperne i gangen til værelserne fra receptionen var beskidte og kedelige. Der var også for mange ting på værelset der trængte til udskiftning og som helt sikkert var gået i stykker for lang tid siden; men som ingen havde gjort noget ved. Når man køber og betaler for noget der er lidt over gennemsnittet så forventer man ikke at få noget der er langt under gennemsnittet. Den store spisesal er heller ikke et intimt sted at fortære god mad. Lidt for meget indtryk af hvad man kan forvente på et vandrehjem. Den blå bar er til gengæld et super lækkert sted at opholde sig og giver indtryk af et luksushotel som prisniveauet indikerer.

Toppenställe med kass personal

Jättebra hotell, fina rum, härligt spa, bra restaurang och frukost, bra parkering. Allt är toppen!…. förutom servicen. Tjejen i baren behöver gå en charmkurs och har en sådan otrevlig uppsyn att man inte går tillbaks dit. Killen i restaurangen visste inget om viner och hade inte heller fått lära sig att man serverar hel sällskapets mat samtidigt, och låter inte en stackare vänta medan alla andra äter upp sin mat! Att han sedan aldrig frågade om vi ville ha efterrätt så köpte vi ingen, och när han glömde kortläsaren på vårt bord slog han bottenrekord.

Trevligt och avkopplande

Fint och trevligt hotell, rena rum och sköna sängar. Poolerna är trevliga och maten god. Glasbaren är värd ett besök men även glashyttan vid sidan om. Vårt andra besök här och vi kommer tillbaka fler ggr.
