"En ehtiny käydä"

"No English, no German, just one Person who can speak a bit Russian. First they say everything is payed, then someone knocks on the door, because it's not."

"Don’t judge a book by its cover. Meaning- the outside of the building and dark entry was off putting. We did have to check in a hotel nearby which was just fine. But be aware. The hallway with the room was spotless and the room nice and clean. Decor could be upgraded but the space was great. There was a closed restaurant below us - in the summer that might be a nuisance"

"Ja alles sauber, alles reibungslos gelaufen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Daneben gleich spa oder thailand spa und der aquapark"

"Wellness, Frühstück, Personal waren top."

"Nice breakfast"

"The hotel is well located and close to many places. However, the shower tub is too high for elderly people."

"This is definitely a very poor hotel. The staff were nice and I felt bad for them and the guests. But as an American traveler I would strongly advise booking somewhere else 😬"

"+ Nahe der Tipos Arena gelegen - Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer läuft nur, wenn die Zimmerkarte eingesteckt ist. Nach dem Verlassen des Zimmers geht die Klimaanlage aus."

"10 points Hotel. Very clean, staff helpful and polite, 1 minute check in. The room has everything you need in a room I mean everything, every single details, usb and c phone charger. Fresh and modern rooms with old fashion style Restaurant, well located near by Nivy mall center. Mini bar and breakfast included. The food in the Restaurant 5 star. Parking in front of the Hotel for a low fee. 100% Recommend."
