The housekeeping & reception as well as the staff at the bar are very friendly and because of that i feel very welcomed whereby I invited many of my friends to stay there again a few days after my first visit. BUT on my second visit with my friends we are disappointed when the property don't offer banana boat ride anymore because they said that they don't have a driver. "Staff were lovely and helpful, setting was beautiful, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable! Location is slightly out of the way if you haven’t got a car, as walking on the side of the road is sketchy. But fantastic value for money - would recommend it to everyone on a budget :)"

"Need to improve on the cleanliness of the kitchen. Inspect the kitchen utensils, the water filter is leaking, the dish soup is non-existent, the drying rack left in the kitchen cupboard to house insects, the living room sofa leather was teared apart. The amenities advertised includes water bottles, but when asked for it from the staff on site, it’s not provided as complimentary. The bedroom door cannot be locked for some room, there’s stain on every bed and bedsheets. Overall the 3 bedroom...

"Great hotel"

"Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."

"We stayed here for one night while exploring the local area. Overall the experience was good, the room was comfortable and the location is convenient. But this is a very basic accommodation, and the bathroom was in need of some repair. The owner and family were very helpful and accommodating, and in general the people in this area are very nice. This is a great location for views of Mt Kinabalu, and for local hikes, and also for visiting the Desa Dairy Farm."
