We loved our stay in Kota Kinabalu, and enjoyed exploring the city, visiting the islands and also visiting the Mari Mari cultural village. The sunsets were exquisite!

Great stop off of you are travelling elsewhere in Borneo but I don't think it's a holiday destination for me personally.
