"The property location was excellent snd the hotel charming. However there were 2 jazz clubs right next door that played loud music until after midnight making it very difficult to sleep. Also the hotel double charged the local tax (€4) even though I showed my Expedia receipt that included the tax already. Lastly the entryway is was not well lit early in the morning and the steps are dark wood. I tripped and hurt by leg badly."
"Checked in with my family. 2 rooms. Checked in thinking that everything was going to be "normal". Went to the room to wash my face and brush my teeth. The water burnt my eyes a little, but I did not think much of it. Put some water in my mouth to brush my teeth and immediatly spit it out - salt water! Like from the ocean. Went downstairs to ask if there was an issue. The answer was, yes, we have had an issue with a broken pipe for several weeks now. My next question: what are you going...
"The property was in an excellent location. The parking they offered was excellent. The staff are very helpful and nice. The room was spacious with good air conditioning. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend."
